CD Purchase

Normally all games must be downloaded, but many people have requested CD's as gifts for Christmas. In november and December only, you can add $10 and we will send you the CD. This price includes shipping, media, and handling.

Upgrade Price

Note that with all games, all upgrades within the major version are included in the price. For example, if you have purchased Shades of Doom 1.0, there is no charge to upgrade to version 1.2.

Payment Methods

if you are purchasing VIP Mud, Tank commander, Shades of Doom, or Lone Wolf, you will need to give us your four-digit user code when placing your order. Refer to the User Code link for more information on where to find your user code and what it is used for.

You may pay by Pay Pal, cheque, Money order, MasterCard, or VISA. If you have GMA Tank Commander, Shades of Doom 1.2, VIP Mud, or Lone Wolf 3.5 installed, you can also use the Ordering Wizard built into these games to place your order. This method automatically includes your four-digit user code.

On-line Ordering

If you are ordering by mail or phone, we will need:

Name of person who will have the registered ownership of the game,
A list of products wanted,
Your four-digit user code.
- The e-mail address or phone number so that we can give you the product key, and
- If ordering with a VISA or MasterCard, the cardholder’s name, credit card number, and expiry date.

When paying by credit card, charges will go through in Canadian dollars. The amount is calculated to work out closely to the amounts listed above, but because of currency fluctuations and exchange charges, the amounts may vary as much as a dollar either way.

You can send your credit card number in one of the following ways:

On-line Ordering
- Through the Ordering Wizard within Shades of Doom, Lone Wolf, and Tank Commander.
- By e-mail. If you have any security concerns, you may wish to send your VISA or MasterCard number split between two or more messages, waiting a few minutes between each transmission. Send e-mail orders.
- By telephone. Call us at (416) 489-1933 between the hours of 9:00 am to 6:00pm EST Monday to Saturday.

If you use GMA's PayPal shopping cart, you will need to set up an account with PayPal. This is quick and easy to do. It also has the added advantage of handling other credit cards such as Discover. As well, the order will go through in exact US dollars which may appeal to some US customers.

The Process

Once GMA has received the payment for the games, we will e-mail, or if you prefer, snail mail your Registration Name and Product Key. e-mail and telephone orders usually take less than a day. We only have one version of our games, which are both the demonstration version and the full version. Once you enter your GMA issued Registration Name and Product Key, the full capabilities of the game are unlocked. Therefore, feel free to make copies of our games and share them with your friends and family, but note it is illegal to share your product key with others. Paid registrations help us continue to provide high quality games, and we ask that you support us in this endeavor.

Your Product Key

Take good care of your product keys. A good idea is to print out or Braille your product key information and store it in a safe place. If you lose your key, we will attempt to find it in our records, but we can't guarantee that we will. In any event, we collect these requests and it will normally take one to four days, and in some hard to resolve cases, it may take as long as a month before we will be able to find and send you your lost product keys.

Refund Policy

GMA provides demonstration copies of all of its games to ensure that the game will meet your expectations, and to ensure there are no compatibility problems with your equipment. Upon purchase, GMA provides a personalized code to unlock the capabilities of the full game. Once this code has been given, obviously it can not be taken back. Therefore, GMA does not offer refunds on its games except in extraordinary circumstances.
